We are committed to the centuries-old craft of smoking meat and providing best-in-class hospitality. We’re a casual barbecue restaurant, but we take our work seriously. Our 12,500 square foot campus in Charlotte serves hundreds, sometimes thousands, of guests daily, between dine-in, to-go, private events and catering. We take great pride in providing a one-of-a-kind experience to all.

We're in the restoration business.
As every restaurant should be. The word "restaurant" comes from the word "to restore." It was first used as a name for hearty broths taken to help regain one's strength and later for establishments that sold them along the streets of Paris. The modern restaurant is, first and foremost, a place to find renewal. With each of our concepts, we seek to take care of each other and our guests, to revive their spirit, to satisfy a need. Honest care for others is fundamental to every pursuit we undertake–whether at the table or beyond it.
